help me..!dvdrip ps2

I'm working the dvdrip game ps2(Smackdown VS Raw,ntsc).I've reduced size from 4G to 625m,but it not booting(I have a ps2 3900x and 5000x with modchip)are you this learning problem,then help me please.thank a lot...
