Creating bootable psx cd from psx.exe file

Is it possible to take a psx.exe file (that works fine using epsxe) and convert it to a bootable psx cd

Sorry, not explaining myself very well..

I have a playstation .exe file (Manic Miner for the psx) however it is only a psx .exe file and I'd like to be able to put i on a self booting psx cd. The psx .exe file works fine as I have used it with a psx emu that shows it runs correctly.

What i need to know is can i use some software to create a cd image of the .exe file and a boot that will mean i can run this program on the psx from cd.

Regards
