BOOT DISK READS AS A MUSIC CD. HELP PLEASE!!!

I downloaded from this site the Utopia Boot Disc File. I copied it to a CD-R. It completed fine, but when I placed it in the Dreamcast it read as a music CD. Can someone please help me with what I need to do to make it work correctly. Thanks, I'd really appreciate it.
