WWE Smackdown! vs RAW HDD Problems

I've just recently installed WWE Smackdown! vs RAW onto my HDD but when i go to play it just stays on the black screen and doesn't load up. One of the HDLoader compatibility charts says that it works. is there any mode it should be in?

I think I put mine in Mode 3.... Not sure though, but it does work with HDL.

Anyone know of any cheats for it?

I desperatley need some EXP points my wrestler just can't handle Royal Rumble matches...lol.

I tried PAL cheats (Action Replay Max) on the NTSC version but it won't boot i up i get a blank black screen. And i even tried putting the PAL cheats on the NTSC version of ARmax but still no joy.

I refuse to continue in the season, as i need to win the game...and aquire the 'services' of Stacy Kiebler. lol (hehe).
