How to play back ups without Mod Chip..

Can anyone assist me on this.Ive got the latest version of Ps2..well , i think its the latest , coz i just got it 2 days ago..Is there a way (using swap cds?) , by which i can play back ups instead of originals?...Im trying to avoid installing a chip or the flip top cover ...

as far as I know you always need to get your PS2 modded to play backups

Without a modchip youll find out rather quickly that the only 2 options kinda suck.

1. Swap Discs --- They suck because, mainly you gotta swap. Then youll find that quite a few of your games wont boot unless you do some sort of triple swap method.

2. HDLoader ---- Not really suck but not all games work with it. Its still hella better than the Swap Crap Discs but youll also need a HDD for your ps2. In a lot of cases its really nice because it loads off your hdd hella faster than it could load off your disc. Unfortunately HDLoader quite making their discs, and the same people who make Swap Crap Discs stole the program and made what they call "HDAdvance". HDAdvance is a combination of HDLoader and Swap Crap Discs, with more problems though. Because you run into the games that "S. C. D." couldnt boot and games that HDLoader wont run.



All in all if you get a modchip like the Duo2 SE or better youll be able to play everything you want without problems. No swaps or anything.

Isnt it odd that its the same people who can't be bothered to do searches dont mind using the Swap Crap Discs?
