5 VIRUSES WITH AVG, bit of help please?

Ok guys, up till now ive never had a prob with avg, works wonders, but, my pc was being a bit weird so i ran a scan, finds 5 viruses, bit surprised but no worries avg cleans, end of story, except that in the end sumary, it says:

Viruses found: 5
Viruses deleted: 0
Viruses removed by healing: 0
Viruses still in drive: 5

WTF or what!!?

Thing they had in common, they were all Downloader.something
So, what can i do guys?

Did you let the AVG go all the way through and finish? I know that sometimes when I stop it after its found the viruses it wont do anything with them.

Also you can try looking in your "Test Results" and find exactly where the viruses are and delete them manually. Then just rerun AVG and see if that cleared things up.

After which I recommend you update your virus database and scan once more.
