Very unlikely that Nintendo and Sega would just let that kind of thing happen. Especially considering that games are still being made for practically every system ever made.

Not much of an official statement is it? Loads of sites write stuff like that just to make their stuff look legit. I dont get how the US Government can just handover copyrights that has nothing to do with them. Yeah, Yeah, we all know that the US Government can do whatever the hell they want
Unless I see something from an offiical source, like say the US .gov site, then I say its all bollocks.

If it were true, you would read about it alot more on the net, and all those sites that nintendo have threatened to sure for hosting n64 games would have nothing to worry about.
