Problems with msxboxdash

i am having a problem with a xbox i chiped about a year ago all of the sudden i cant access my msxboxdash from the evox dash i checked the evoxini and it has the correct path and i checkd the xbox hd it still has the msxbox dash file but i cant seam to get it to load to that sceen i wanted to do a hard drive upgrade to it but i want to make sure it works properly first is there any one out there wiht any ideas maybe i have to re load the msxboxdash to it but i erased the back up cause it has worked for over a year maybe some one knows where i can get one i tried xbins and cant seam to find it maybe some one has an idea after i try and load the ms dash i get an error 21 unspecified error please help me out thanks it is a version 1.2 xbox
