Copying PS2 Games

Hey, I was wondering what kind of equipment I would need to copy some PS2 games. I know some games need a DVD-Writer to be copied, I want to know which DVD-Writer is the most affordable and if there is some way that I could copy a DVD-PS2 game without having a DVD-Writer, and if so could you please tell me where I could find this info. Also, I live in North America, so I hope that won't be a problem.

remove sound fmv
remove dvd check save to cd
