elby clonedvd2
im trying to backup my movies to a DVD-R, but whenever i place my dvd(intenso brand) in the dvd+rw drive it says please insert recordable disc, however when i place a dvd+rw disc in the drive it works? can someone tell me why?

Maybe your dvd burner isnt compatible with your dvd media. Try a firmware update.
