Does anybody have experience with the external models? I' looking at the DVR-107 external series, but I can get any LaCie burner at cost (my dad works for a computer gear reseller). I want to start copying movies with my laptop, so I need an external. I'm also going to be using a USB 2.0 card in my laptop, as it came stock with USB 1.1 ports. What is the word on the La Cie drives, are they as good as the Pioneer? Any particular models?
