Patch for NFL Fever 2k4 to run from HD

Hey all,

I have NFL Fever 2k4 and I'm trying to get it to run from the HD . It appears that it needs a patch. Anyone know where I might be able to locate it at? I can copy it to dvd-r and play it just fine, but I'd much rather have it on my hd playable.
