Burning FF7 Disk Help

Hello Friends.
I wanted to make copies of my FF7 disks (3, already ripped) onto my computer so that I may be able to burn them at later date if they become unreadable. I believe these copies are what people call ISO images. How can I make them? Can I just copy each folder for folder and burn at later date and they will work just fine? Or do I need to follow some procedure? Any help will be welcome.

P.S. -
I've got ISO Buster 1.5
What if it can't read some secotrs due to scratches? Is it still possible to make copies of such games?

Just use CloneCD or basically any cd burning program out there to back up your discs. If you disc has light scratches then use car polish and buff them out before reading.
