Selfboot -> Non-self boot

First of all i read 5 pages into the message board to see if anyone asked this question and no one has (unless its after the 6th page whitch it proubly is.) But is there anyway to make a selfboot cdi file into a boot disk reqired bin or iso.
I would be gratful to anyone who could help me with this.
