HELP!!! Dc back up with nero burner???? HOW???

Hi...I just got a DC and i am trying to back up with nero. I get to things. A cd with self boot, nero won't make a image file, it says something about multiread. How can i copy with nero? If there is a better pregram, please tell me with steps to make the burn. Thanks a lot!
