Firstly, I STRONGLY reccommend that you don't. Anyways, you have to get it from xbins. There should be instructions there.

It is nowhere near as stable as linux. I'd wait a while before attempting it. Besides, linux is a beter server, and there is no other reason to have windows on the xbox.
