Question .Cue & .Bin data question

Quick question is it possible to convert a .cue & .bin data file into it's normal file without using a cd??? What i want to do is try the program first before putting it onto cd and possibly wasting a disc if it doesn't do what i want it to do. Also how would i put a few of the aforementioned files onto a dvd?? Say i had a few various program files in this format and i wanted to put them all onto a dvd disc instead of burning them all to cd then transferring them back onto my hard drive and then burning them all onto a dvd??

Come on man, 10 cents for a cdr is not a lot to worry about. Just burn to a cd and dont worry about extracting a .bin file. Your probably wasting more money in electricity trying to figure out how to extract it, than you would if you just burned it on a cd.

Use Alcohol 120% to 'mount' the image onto a virtual drive.
