hd upgrade on modded xbox
so far im only at the part where i ftp everything from my xbox to pc.... i have a fresh new 120gb hd, what do i do now... what programs do i use?

You will want to format the HDD.

okae... just to be clear, can i use the evo.xbe from my xbox hd as well as the evox.ini even though i edited the .ini file?

Yes, the ini file is like a config file, it is meant to be edited.
And make sure you backup your original drive, to put the files back on the backup drive.
