Hi.I'm new.

I've got a not working tv in ntsc mode.I know that there's a special program that patches ntsc games to pal mode.Can you help me?PLEASE I NEED IT I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY A NEW TV!!!!!!!!!TNX BYE

u need to get a ntsc to pal patch have a look on yahoo or something
