New to the scene and after a bit of advice on which modchip to fit to my son's Xbox.
I want to fit a no-solder one if possible,is there any probs with this type ie xecuter2.2 lite or am i better off waiting for xecuter2.3. to arrive(UK).any advice would be helpful,cheers |

The X2.2 works flawlessly as far as I know. The new X2.3 did some thing a bit different than other modchips. It draws its power from the USB connections instead of the LPC connection. I’m still not clear on why they did this, maybe the new ver5 has some thing different, I don’t know.
But like I said, as far as I know the X2.2 works great.

Hi dudes,
Where can i buy an xbox modchip? I haven't got an Xbox yet, but i will probably get it. I live in LONDOn (uk). and how much are they. thanks dudes
