NETWORK AND ESO FIXES - Fixed the OOS issue caused by WinXP users (without Service Pack 1) whose regional settings return number formats incompatible with the game. - Fixed the LAN issue that prohibited machines without an internet connection to play or host LAN games ==============================================

what the hell v1.08??? v1.07 just came out like a week or so ago? how can v1.08 be dated october 9th? maybe it means october 19th?
