Unhappy Alcohol and CCD

Before, when using CCD, I could pretty much get past protection by using Hide CDR. I tried using Alcohol 120 and it wanted to copy something to the new disc. Is this necessary for it to work similar to hide cdr media?

Depands on wich game you talking about but often it's depands not on that. Becuase CCD are not so very god at 1:1 copy with protection. and Alcohol 120% are. Read the backup guide... use the search button to find or read the stickeys in the PC Game fourm!

Unhappy

Finally, a reply.

Seems as if alcohol is more involved in learning how to use it. I found out that Ccd rights went to another company, but they're not so liberable on downloads.

It's sort of like no one but MS seems to be able to have an operating system and gui. But then again it depends on who's the biggest and most successful thief.

Maybe one day someone will put in the extra effort and make a program that's multi-prog efficient and has a very high AI, even for protections that aren't yet in existence. Like the bloodhound feature of a notable anti-virus prog.
