How to copy Self-Boot Discs with Disc Jugglar

Hello all. I have a copy of Q3Arena selfboot, and I'm trying to make a copy of it. I was wondering if there are specific read options I should be using, because each time I write the image back my DC is unable to read the disc. I've tried reading the DC disc using discjugglar, and using CDIrip to extract the tracks into bin/cue files. After burning it back, no go. I've even sat back for the 1 hour plus to let DJ to do both the reading/writing, no go. Tried using my writer to read the disc, no go. Tried 1x for both read/write, no go. Any suggestions on settings and what not are MUCH needed and appreciated.
