ok this is what i mean . there s a fix on gcw its a .dll file you have to replace in the modules folder when i do that ok the loading screen comes up and checks this .dll file and then it asks me for first disk , disk one ok . i have installed from the backup and it install 100% i go to run it it checks this .dll file and stops if i put the original in the drive the game runs so their must be a different .exe file on my original (irish copy) to the like of people in america , germany etc. if the .dll file on gcw works with their copies of the game i had this experience with bloodrayne before. my exe asked for the disk when other peolpes diidnt and people on the forum were saying there is no protection it runs without the disk but it was only untill i got an exe file off someone in america(cant remember the guys name who sent it to me ) that i got the backup to work . If any one has this game and it runs for them when they replace the.dll in the modules folder could they please email it to me at [email protected]. thanks and i hope i havent confused anybody with this post but there seems to be different exe files on our games in ireland and uk to us.
