Unhappy tokyo extreme racer 2 patching

hey to who ever reads this. I didnt understand part three of the patching process so can someone respond with the answer to my qustion thanks.

it's not a patch,you have to rip the files from the image/cd and rebuild the game with the new 1st_read.bin.
if you read the nfo that came with it a few times you should be able to work it out using cdrwin

how about all the stuff it says

if anyone reads this what about all the stuff number 3 says to do like Create the data ISO: MKISOFS.EXE -C 0,11700 -V TXR2_ECH -l -o C:\TXR2\DATA.ISO C:\TXR2\DATA and when i click on mkisofs it just shows a bunch of letters real fast and then it closes it self.
