Alcohol 120% - No RAW ?

Unfortunately I can't use the "RAW DAO"-Mode with Alcohol. My burner allows RAW so that isn't the problem ( Plextor 16/10/40A ) and I've used it e.g. with CloneCD or Nero already.

Everytime I want to burn with RAW-Mode I get an error message like that:

"[Write Lead-In area ERROR]: -450150 - -151"

and

"Invalid Field in CDB"

So the loading of the Image aborts.
If I set the method to "DAO/SAO" there are no errors.

I've used already both the Alcohol and Windows NT/2k/XP driver and even the ASPI v4.72a2 driver!?
