Question How to compress VHS?

How to compress VHS if it's bigger than 4.4 GB DVD?
I use Pinnacle Studio 8 Driver:8.6.28.0.
How do I compress?

Don't see where VHS is coming into this, but i'm guessing you are talking about transcoding a DVD9 disk to fit on a DVD5 disk.

Read this sticky for a list of programs.

I've used ULead DVD Movie Factory to record VHS movies into DVD files and the files were too big to fit on a DVD-R.

I just run the resulting files through DVD2One to compress them onto the disk.

Works fine.
