I am pleased to announce that I am a new participant to, what looks like, the best forum that I have found. Enough sucking up??? Anyway, I have a neo key and am really not happy with it. I have been doing fine with my back-ups for some time now and, up untill recently, had pretty good success. Now with the more popular DVD back-ups I find myself falling behind. I recently aquired a DVD rip of the new lara croft gig and am having trouble playing it. Now keep in mind that it is a DVD ripped to CD with some of the music and movies removed. I have burned and 'tested' these types of games in the past with no trouble, but this time the machine hangs while loading. After the gameshark screen there is a black screen and then nothing....the disk just spins and spins. Any ideas on why this is or what i might do to get it working? If the answer is a new mod...well....I just might have to consider that. Also any sugestions on what mod to purchase and where to get it would be appreciated. In fact any info is greatly appreciated....Thanks in advance!!!

BTW....I live in Canada if that has any bearing on where to find a good mod.

You should really get a new mod. The Neo Key is horrible. How long have you had your Neo Key and what version ps2 do you have? You might need a replacement laser or new ps2 if you have had your Neo key very long or have an old version ps2.

The Messiah 2 is the best mod around. PM dust2dust and he can tell ya where to get one.

www.modyoursystem.com is a Canada based site he actually operates in my city, I know of a few others all depends on where your located within our Huge block of ice.
