evo x has no system utilities...cant flash bios

Im trying to flash my x2 lite from x24976.02 to the new x2 bios and i created the folder on c with the new bios but my evox has no option to flash bios....im using the newest evox and this is really baffling me. any help on using evox or any other methos would be greatly appreciated

you'll need to edit the evox.ini i believe
