My PS2 Pal on a Ntsc Tv
how can i play my ps2 pal from germany in jamaica on a ntsc tv or on my vga monitor? if i get a modchip will i be able to watch it on it?

i got a emsron tv 19" like a year old has the game opition on it and the pic rolls when when useing av cables through the vcr but when i used rca it works fine besides the sounds poping is it just a crapy tv or is it a pal tv or something
