Tokyo Xtreme Racer (kal-txr) Problem
Hi,
I have an NTSC/U Dreamcast and I have the Kalisto release of Tokyo Xtreme Racer. I live in a PAL region so my TV is PAL/NTSC compatible and I use a RGB cable to connect to my TV. My problem with this game is that it boots up in 50Hz with and without patching it with the PAL patcher and this is on a NTSC/U Dreamcast with RGB Cable After ONE RACE the game switches to 60Hz. Is there anyway to force the game to boot in 60hz and stay in 60Hz? Do you think you can do this Megalexx? If you need the 1st_Read.bin or any other files, let me know

I did it.
You must change only 1st_read.bin. Don't use PAL Patcher. Change 2F 89 03 88 0A 89 09 A0 09 00 By 0C ... Change 3A E4 31 C7 08 F5 0B 4C FC F4 By 38 ... And finally 4C 84 31 88 07 89 32 88 07 89 33 88 By 30 E0 ... And, by the way, I think you can delete warning.da, binhack all files containing "CD001" with the correct LBA value, and add a dummy file. |
