How do you Extract Audio/CDDA tracks to a Temp Dir?

I am trying to make a backup copy of Codename: Eagle and I use Clone CD. I was following the directions by GIZMO and I can't figure out how to extract the audio/CDDA tracks to my TEMP DIR. I did a search and found no .cdda or .cda files.....? What do I do????
