Need Expert Advice in soldering Ps2

ok
I have solder all the points for my U01526 SCPH-30001, 8 cases screws. I think is version 4, no gap. So I solder all the points until I came upon this point S. Is it just me or is it that I see a bridge connecting that 2 points on that chip?? cuz when I did a version 4 gap, there wasnt a bridge. So I proceed to do no bridge, and tried it. Only ps1 backups works not even any originals. Any advice?

If you're working from a bad diagram, that can happen. Make sure you did it right.

Also, it's REALLY easy to bridge the points on the chips, ESPECIALLY the BIOS and the other tiny bug.
