Firstly I presume you have checked that your writer is compatable with CloneCD?.

Try these settings in CloneCD and you should have some success ;

Reading:

Read Subchannel Data from Data Tracks - SELECTED
Read Subchannel Data from Audio Tracks - SELECTED
Fast Error Skip - UNSELECTED
Selecting this option will reduce the time it takes to read the bad sectors
Don't Report Read Errors - UNSELECTED
Intelligent Bad Sector Scanner - UNSELECTED
Optional, but may increase read speed for some 'Custom' protections

Writing:

Don't Repair Subchannel Data - SELECTED
Simulated Writing - UNSELECTED
Burn Proof - UNSELECTED
Perform Laser Power Calibration - UNSELECTED
Wait until Buffers are Full
Optional

I hope these settings work for you,I find if you are copying from an origional disc they are ok but if copying from a CD-R (ie;a copy of a copy) sometimes you may run into difficulties.
