burning a dreamcast game

HI; I have this game stunt gp , it has these files;
:e-stgp.001,e-stgp.002,e-stgp.003,e-stgp.004,e-stgp.005,e-stgp.006.
In the text file, it say;
Game.....: Stunt GP (C) Team 17

Origin...: EUROPE - PAL/NTSC - Filename.....: E-STGP.001

Released.: June 16th, 2001 - Format.......: DiscJuggler (CDI)

Platform.: Sega Dreamcast (DC) - CD(s)........: 1

CD1 Info.: 6 RARS / 74 MINS - Ripped.......: Nothing

Make sure you run UNPACK & INJECT prior to burning this one

My question is what does it mean the last part "unpack and inject"?. How do I burn this game?.
I'm a newbie, please keep that in mind when answering.

To me, those files looks like zipped.
Do you have winrar ?
Click on the first one, the winrar must do all the rest.
