dvdx ?????
ok i got a movie riped 5.6 gigs i want to put it on a cdr in divx formatt whats the best rez i use to do this i tryed 200 x 47 but its got crapy pitcure some of u guys out there what res do u use to put ur movies on cdr. I had it in 216 res it had great picture but 2.6 gigs in size no way to fit that on cdr or can i break them up in dif cds which would take quite a few cds so what would be the best res with the least cost of cdrs spilt to 2 cdrs wont be that bad 3 cdrs not a every day thing 4 cdrs thats just to many cds

This should probably be in the DVD ripping section, but oh well. Personally i use 352x240. That generally gives me a perfect file size, usually ~550 to 650 megs. If you're in Europe, or another PAL system zone, and want to put it on a tv or something the resolution will be different, I can't seem to find it right now. That resolution takes up pretty much all my screen when expanded, with almost no distortion. But if you want 1 cd, just choose 74 or 80 minute data cd as the volume to not exceed. If you want 2 cd's cut the chapters in half, that shouldn't go above 2 cds.

i got bourne identity - 1:58.10, to fit in 800something mb. 720x540 res, i believe.
