real war

i can't seem to make a backup of real war, can someone help me please? I have a plextor 24/10/40 with the latest firmware and when i put it in the clony, it comes up as unknown. when i try to read it, it locks up at the begining at 0%. I've tried almost every type of burning software (blind read, clonecd, nero, discjuggler. Unless there is some special setting. blind read does read it, but when i installed it i got errors.
