Recommendations needed
Can anyone give me a reputable site where I can make arrangements to send my Playstation 2 to have a mod chip installed for me? Also, which mod chip works the best? I thought I had seen some posts about online games not working with certain mod chips. Thanks.

I would recommend buying the chips from Dust or Charlie, and then sending the PS2 to Bill at freedomlives.com. MEssiah 2 chips are the way to go, in my opinion. As far as the online game thing. Xbox live has some issues concerning that, but I am not sure about the playstation rules. I belive you can disable the Messiah 2, but I am not sure how.......Perhaps a chime in from the experts

If you are in the US, then Bill is the way to go. If you are overseas somewhere, then send your PS2 to charlie_ps2 or dust2dust for installation. If you want the best of the best mod, then go with the Messiah 2. PS2 online does NOT check for a mod chip like xbox has done, so no worries here.
 If for some reason this does start happening, holding reset for sereral seconds will disable your Messiah 2.
