BF 1942 probs

1st, before someone jumps down my throat, I HAVE USED THE SEARCH, but Im still confused. I own '42 and RtR legally. I want to use a no-CD crack to speed up load times. I used the crack just like it says (replace the 3 mod.dlls and the .exe). I also tried the "renderer.allowAllRefreshRates 1". When I try to join legal servers (not cracked) it crashes to desktop in the wrong resolution. Undo everything I just did, and it works fine again. Will these cracks work for legal servers? Tweak Town's article said it would.

Have U test the new patch on GCW?
There is one .dll file more GameSpyJoin.dll should be replace. In the MultiplayerServers mapp.

I'm not sure what you mean by that.

And I did switch the GameSpyJoin.dll as well. I just forgot to mention it.

Both 1.3 cracks have to be used together.

Yes, on my system AMD, Win2k, I can join and play on both legal servers with the crack.

I do have crash to desktop if I try to join 2 servers in a row.
