Question backup success test

If a backup, like a Playstation Black disc, is inserted into an audio CD player, and that sarcastic guy talks, does it mean that the copying process was successful? (I can't test any of my backups, as i am waiting to receive my mod chip in the mail.)

Thanks

Test the backups in an emulator: should show if it will work with a properly chipped PSX

well, i've been using PSX Paul's custom CCD settings, so I think they'll be fine.
