neo2.2 and dvd head
have a neo2.2 modded console nd it reads all cds but no dvds. i've read these issues with neo2.2 and laser head but its old machine but still good with cds (original and backups).
tried some rough adjusting dvd head voltage but wouldnt help. could it be that dvd head is ruined? is it too late for swaping neo2.2 with messiah? any ideas?

Yeah. Too late matey.
Unfortunately Neo2.2 will damage yr laser over time. good news is u can get replacement lasers and yr PS2 would be as good as new but ditch the neo and get a messiah 2 fitted my friend.

Sorry, but the Neo has taken away the possibility of playing dvds for good....unless you get a new laser or ps2.
