polaroid burnmax48ex
Hi all!
i've bought an external polaroid burnmax48ex (usb). When i plug it (i'm using win98), windows detect something like USB 2.0 STORAGE DEVICE, i try to use USB drivers that my motherboard incluide (msi ms-6590 KT400) but windows not recognize them. Once i cancell this (because i can't install usb 2.0 storage device) windows detect an unknown device... What's the problem? somebody have this device? Thanks

The correct USB drivers for the drive should have been included with the drive.....
Try installing the drives software with the drive not connected... Once all of the software and drivers that came with it are installed, shut down your computer, connect the drive, and turn your computer back on..... It should configure itself correctly....
