PS2 Backups
Hi just wondering if n e body could give me some advice please, have had a Magic 3 fitted into my PS2, mate of mine has lent me some of his back-ups but they play in black and white. On the instruction sheet for fitting the Magic 3 it says that the PS2 should play all cdr's - JP/NTSC & Pal, is this correct or is there a fault with the modchip that has been installed ??
Many Thanx Max |

Sounds like you are playing a NTSC game..... And your PAL TV cannot handle the NTSC signal...

Use a euroscart component scart lead (RGB Scart Lead) and you should have problem solved.
Alternatively you can get an ntsc to pal convertor for some of your earth pounds. Finally I think theres a link u can put on the motherboard that stablises colour output when running ntsc games. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
