Maybe this is the Right Question

I am stuck with this procedure - - I am trying to burn a DVD and the program ask me to insert my files, but they have to be IFO, VOB, BUP, VIDEO_TS, Okay how do I take my MPG - AVI - WMV and convert or extract these files............Thanks Gentleman OOHH I am using Nero Express
