heres a new question i really need help on

i recently had to buy another copy of austin powers3 (gave it to my cousin on loan and she scratched it and it wouldnt work after that) however when i tried to play it on my dvd it was playing in black and white and couldnt understand why until i tried it on my sisters sony dvd player and it came up that it was ntsc now i live in the uk so that doesnt help so what i wanna know is if i backup my version of austin powers 3 is there anyway of changing it to pal instead of ntsc .
