back again Sorry Jay or too anyone else I offended I just took it wrong I guess ,These Fourms are very nice i cant count the times they have solved my problems and as far as the PS2 I have been out most of the day and have not pluged it in I will let ya know if I have any luck Thanks for all your help wish me luck have a nice weekend.

Let us know how you get on anyway, I noticed you said that before it would play cdr backups but not dvdr.

If you manage to sort out the disc error problem by following the steps on the previous post, then make sure you're trying to boot dvdrs properly on the neo2.2

Its a very longwinded process which involves you holding down your reset button from when you turn it on......all the way through the process of swapping action replay2 for dvd original, then releasing it to do the swap for dvdr.

The above is very vauge and doesn't even touch what you need to do to boot dvdr.

Anyway first thing first let us know how you get on with the disc read error. Charlie_ps2's reply on your previous post covers everything.
