messiah2 pro problem
i got a messiah2 pro mod chip installed but now when the console is turned on the picture is all messed up can anyone help

Sounds like a bad install.... Who did the install? Take it back to them and have it checked. If you did the install, take it back apart and check ALL of the connections, assure good solder joints, and that the wires are soldered to the correct place.
