Which Media?????

Ok :
Im trying to figure out my delima of burning backups they are all saying good copys when they are completed so I thought I would take a poll on who has the most luck with usuing the neo chip and using what type of Media ,I`ve tried Memorex,Sony,and TDK,Now I read in a post to try Verbatim has anyone tried this and had luck becuase its got to be the media Im using and I`ve tried all the differnt boot methods give me some input ,I have a Sony DRU-500 a Burner and use Record now Thanks.

If Verbatim doesn't work nothing will. You could be burning incorrectly as well.

My backups are mostly on
Verbatim
Panasonic (my personal fav) - Model no is rf120
And Pioneer.


All the above are expensive mind, but i have a version 4 which after a year of neo2.2 has become EXTREMLY fussy with dvdr's. So basically I work on, whatever runs perfect on the version 4 is the better disks.....Then put it on my nice new v7

Don't get me wrong though, there are a lot of cheaper disks out there. After reading from a couple of the members here i'd be curious to try traxdata dvdr and see how the v4 copes then. Just can't find anywhere with them in stock!
