Hey, don't panic - we all started somewhere.

The answer is basically no. Although Nero has loads of options, it cannot bypass protections on its own. What you would have to do is copy the game or whatever into a folder on your hard disc. Replace the game.exe with the fixed one off gamecopyworld and then use nero to burn it back to cd.

Save yourself the headache if your writer is compatable with clone cd. With the right settings it can backup protected cds.

Mail me with any queries if u like

Seems like the same problem I have. Sounds like the you need the "nocd" patch.Like the previous post said, just d/l the patch and more likely its a .exe file and drag it over the old one and replace it.Get it at gamecopyworld.com,I did it with HouseParty. But my problem is how to get the .exe patch in there if its not listed in the directory on the cd and its wrapped up somewhere in the install files or who knows what files.I dont even see the file I want to replace until I install.Anybody know how this is done and want to share some "pearls of wisdom"?

Hello to all of you...
I'm not a master in backing up games or apps, but i'm not a newbie too, so here are my "advise"...
You can't basically make a direct copy of a game and make it work without anything else (at least, I know one or two so called protection who are just so silly that a simple iso copie can bypass it, but it's getting harder and harder to find such silly protection scheme now...)
So you could get all of the files from your CD to a temp folder on your hdd, then apply the downloaded patch, and then it will works..
Or you could make a direct copy of your game, install it, and once the game is installed, overwrite the exe file (or the ones which contains the protections) with the downloaded patch...
If this could help you...
