Have I Got Everything?

Hi guys, I'm new to xbox backups ....my collection is getting rather large and i think it's about time to make more use of my pioneer 104 to back up my games.

Anyway, I've got the leads for box 2 pc,
just ordered matrix mod
I've downloaded evolutionxv1_8_458_iso(Software)
and EvolutionX V2.5.bin (Which i'm hoping will be the bios to use on the matrix)

So can anyone help me on this and confirm that the above set up will work?

you also need FlashFXP or some kind of FTP program for your PC (i don't think internet explorer will work on this one). Anyways, those are pretty much all you'll need, as long as you have the equipment to network your PC and xbox together.

I've that program as well (sorry i forgot to post it) Plus i'm pretty hot on cuteftp so i'l see if that works too.

You had experience with cute ftp?

And will the fact that the bios for the chip is 1mb be a problem? I've read that it will automatically sort it out and work when i flash it onto the matrix

I haven't used flashFXP, but people report that it stops in the middle of sending (so does flashfxp, sometimes) or can't connect.

And how big is the matrix chip? If it is 1mb then your fine, but if not, you have split it down to the sixe of the chip.
